The Best Ways to Contact Chard
We transact most of our business, about 90%, by mail order, and have done since 1964. If you know what you want, you can simply mail your order to us with your cheque.
If you have coins to sell, you can also send them by post, we advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you need any help or information, it's best to telephone us during normal hours, and we will try our best to help you. We can often answer all your questions quickly and easily.

E-Mail
Although e-mail is wonderful in its place, we get about 500 e-mails per day. Although 80% is spam, it takes us up to an hour just to get rid of the spam so that we can see the real messages. It's very quick and easy to ask questions by e-mail, but much more difficult and time consuming to answer them properly. In addition, we find that most of the questions we get by e-mail are already answered on our site. Where answers involve price and availability, either may change before we even send the e-mail, so it's often best to telephone us instead.
